Here at Samaxhairs, our aim is to satisfy our customers by supplying them with quality products of their choice. In the unlikely event that you need to return your wig or any product to us, please find below our returns policy.. General Conditions

1.We will not accept liability to refund any purchased item after 14days of items being received by you.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will accept a wig if it has been tried for size but not used or stained with perfume or exposed to a strong smell or any other stains that indicate a prior use for a period of time other than tried for size.

3. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days

4. We do not accept return/exchange for customized wigs that have been produced in accordance with your instruction relating to measurements, outlook and colour.

5. We will only refund premade wigs returned in their original state as when it was bought if you meet the refund criteria as set by us.

Process of Refund

6. If we consider that you are entitled to a refund, then your refund will be processed, and your money will be refunded to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days. Please note that this can take a longer period of time but not exceeding 7 working days.

8. We will endeavour to replace any product that is defective, damaged or does not meet the specification for instance as to measurement, texture or colour where it’s a customized wig. In the case of customized wig, the general policy of no refund applies except any of the conditions in this paragraph applies.

Shipping Costs

10. Samax hair will not be responsible for paying shipping costs for returns except otherwise stated by us.

11. We suggest you use special delivery or trackable means to return your item as we will not accept liability for any returned item not received by us.
